Ralph Gilbert & Son was a British automobile manufacturer based in Birmingham in 1901 .

A lightweight automobile was built, which was powered by a single - cylinder two-stroke engine of our own manufacture, which is specified with 3½ hp. A chain transmitted the engine power to the rear wheels.
