Peerless (car brand)
Peerless was a British car brand.
Company history
The company started producing automobiles in 1902. The brand name was Peerless . Production ended in 1904. There was no connection to the American Peerless Motor Car Corporation , which also offered cars under this brand name.
vehicles
The first model was the 8 HP , which was presented at the 1902 Cordingley Show in the Agricultural Hall in London . The engine was mounted in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The transmission had three forward and one reverse gears. In 1904 the more powerful 10 HP and 12 HP models added to the range.
