Eadie Manufacturing Company Ltd. was a British manufacturer of automobiles , motorcycles and bicycles .
Company history
Albert Eadie and Robert Walker Smith took over the bicycle business from George Townsend in 1891. In 1892 the name was changed to Eadie Manufacturing Company . The seat was in Redditch . First of all, sewing needles and bicycles were created. There was a close connection with Royal Enfield . In 1898 the production of automobiles, motorcycles and tricycles began. The brand name was Eadie . Motor vehicle production ended in 1903. In 1907, Birmingham Small Arms Company took over the company.

Built-in motors from De Dion-Bouton , Minerva Motors and MMC were used for the motorcycles and tricycles . The four-wheeled vehicle was a quadricycle . It had a De Dion-Bouton engine with 2.25 hp .
