GF Milnes & Company Ltd. was a British manufacturer of automobiles and commercial vehicles .

The Wellington company originally manufactured tram cars. In 1901 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Milnes . Automobile production ended in 1902. Commercial vehicles, which were also marketed as Milnes-Daimler , were built until 1914.

Milnes obtained chassis from the motor vehicle and engine factory in Berlin . Own bodies were mounted on it. There were three models with four-cylinder engines on offer . 12 HP and 16 HP had cardan drive and the 24 HP chain drive.

The trucks carried a payload of up to 6 tons and the buses had up to 36 seats.
