The Ridley Autocar Co. Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer based in Coventry (Warwickshire) .

Between 1901 and 1907, various open touring car models were produced, all with engines supplied by the customer and - as a special feature - gearboxes built into the rear axle ( transaxle ). However, a maximum of 30 vehicles were built in the seven years of production.
