Straker-Squire was a British manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The company A. Straker & Squire Limited began in 1906 in Fishponds in Bristol with the production of automobiles. In 1918 the company was renamed Straker-Squire Limited and moved to Edmonton . Production ended in 1926.

In 1907 there were the two four-cylinder models 12/14 HP Shamrock with 2069 cm³ displacement and 16/20 HP with 2919 cm³ displacement. In 1909 the 14/16 HP followed with a four-cylinder engine and 2022 cm³ displacement. Between 1910 and 1913 the 15 HP was offered with a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2851 cm³. In 1914 the 15/20 HP with four-cylinder engine and 3054 cm³ displacement, which was manufactured until 1922, was presented. In 1920 the first six-cylinder models were the 20/25 HP and 24/80 HP with 3920 cm³ displacement and 70 HP output, which were produced until 1925. Only in 1921 there was the large six-cylinder model 24/90 HP with a displacement of 4962 cm³. Between 1923 and 1925 the 10/20 HP was produced with a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1460 cm³. In 1926 this model was offered as 11/28 HP and 12/20 HP with the same engine.
A vehicle of this brand is owned by a Belgian collector.
