The Beverley Works Ltd. was a British manufacturer of automobiles and automotive accessories based in Barnes (London) . From 1923 to 1930, luxury automobiles with eight-cylinder engines were manufactured there under the brand name Beverley-Barnes .

In 1923 the 24/80 hp was presented, it had an in-line eight-cylinder engine with an overhead camshaft and a displacement of 4.0 liters. The big car had a wheelbase of 3,810 mm and was 4,877 mm long.

In 1925 the 30/90 hp followed on the same chassis. The engine had been drilled out to 4.8 liters and the vehicle, which was built until 1927, reached a length of 5,385 mm.

In 1927 it was replaced by two smaller models. The 2½-liter had a 2.7-liter engine with an underneath camshaft and was available with a wheelbase of 3,099 mm or 3,404 mm. The 18 hp still had an engine with an overhead camshaft, but only had a displacement of 2.45 liters. Its wheelbase was 3,200 mm.

In 1930 a 3.0 liter engine with a camshaft below was offered in the 22/90 hp . This car was available with either a 2,946 mm or 3,404 mm wheelbase.

The company's most important product has always been car accessories. This ensured survival in the Great Depression . In 1930, however, it had to close its doors anyway. The luxury automobiles were always produced in very small numbers.
