Hammond (make of car)

Hammond was a British automobile brand that was founded by Whitworth Engineering Co. Ltd. 1919-1920 . was built in Finchley (London) .

The Hammond was to become one of the first models for mass production after the First World War . The 11/22 hp model had a four-cylinder in-line engine with a displacement of 2,243 cm³, which made 22 bhp (16.2 kW). After only a few copies, production was discontinued in 1920 because the car did not arrive on the market.
