Albatros is a former British manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company Albatros Motors Limited began in 1922 in Coventry with the production of automobiles.

Production was stopped in 1924.

The models 8 HP and 10 HP were offered. Both models had a four-cylinder engine from Coventry Climax . The differential was dispensed with in the smaller model with a displacement of 1094 cm³ . The larger model had a displacement of 1247 cc. Both models were delivered with open bodies that offered space for either two or four people.

A vehicle of this make can be viewed at the Coventry Transport Museum in Coventry.
