Astral was a British automobile brand that was founded by Hertford Engineering Co. Ltd. in 1923–1924 . was built in Barking, Essex .

The Astral was a sporty touring car with either two or four seats. The sleek car was equipped with a four-cylinder in-line engine with an overhead camshaft and a displacement of 1,720 cm³.
