from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lecoy was a British car brand that was marketed from 1921 to 1922. The manufacturer was Lambert Engineering Company Ltd. from Harrow (Middlesex) .

The only model was a cycle car . The roadster with 1905 mm wheelbase had an air-cooled two-cylinder V-engine with 984 cm³ displacement, which made 8 bhp (5.9 kW). The specialty of this cycle car was the front suspension with coil springs, which made it ahead of its time. The rear wheels had cantilever suspension. The weight was 279 kg.

Despite the progressive design, the Lecoy soon disappeared from the market.
