The London Borough of Harrow [ ˈhæɹəʊ ] is a borough of London . It is located in the northwest of the city. When the Greater London Administrative Region was founded in 1965, it emerged from the Municipal Borough of Harrow in Middlesex .
The population in 2008 was composed of 54.9% white, 31.5% Asian, 7.2% black and 1.4% Chinese.
The renowned Harrow School is located in this district .
