Salmon (make of car)

Salmon was a British automobile brand that was bought by Baguley Cars Ltd. from 1913–1916 . was made in Burton upon Trent ( Staffordshire ).

The 8 hp presented in 1913 corresponded to the Ace, also manufactured by Baguley, and had a four-cylinder in-line engine with 0.8 l displacement. It was available with a 2083 mm or 2184 mm wheelbase. Accordingly, the vehicle length varied between 3023 mm and 3048 mm.

In the same year a larger 11.9 hp was added to the 8 hp . It also had a four-cylinder engine, but with a displacement of 1.3 l. The 3,658 mm long and 1270 mm wide vehicle had a wheelbase of 2,743 mm. Only a few copies were built.

The First World War put an end to production in 1916.
