Company history
The Northampton company began producing motorcycles and automobiles in 1906. The brand name was Advance . There was a connection to Smart & Gainsfort Ltd. Automobile production ended in 1908 and motorcycle production ended in 1912.

The automobiles were three-wheelers with a single rear wheel. They were tricars with the passenger seat between the front wheels. The engine developed 6 hp .
A preserved motorcycle has an engine with 360 cm³ displacement and 2.75 HP. It's in the National Motorcycle Museum in Solihull .
