The Sterling Engineering & Automobile Company Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer. The company manufactured cyclecars in Leeds, Yorkshire in 1913 . The brand name was Sterling .

The car was powered by a V2 engine from JAP that developed 8 bhp (5.9 kW). The engine power was transmitted to the drive axle via belts.
