Cheswold (make of car)

Cheswold was a British automobile brand that was founded in 1911–1916 by EW Jackson & Son Ltd. was made in Doncaster, Yorkshire .

Only one model was made, the 15.9 hp . The open touring car had a four-cylinder in-line engine with a displacement of 2.6 l. The wheelbase was 2,946 mm. The radiator behind the engine and the curved bonnet, reminiscent of the contemporary Renault , were typical .

In 1916 production was stopped due to the war.
