The company from Rue Corton in Ypres has been importing motorcycles from France since 1900 . In 1901 it began with the production of automobiles. Production ended in the same year.

The company manufactured small cars. Water -cooled built-in motors from Aster provided the drive . The vehicles had two-speed transmissions. The selling price was 2250 Belgian francs .
