The Société Astra Motors SA was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles from Herstal . The brand name was Astra .

The company was founded on January 22, 1929. Production ended in 1931.

vehicles

The company took over the front-wheel drive prototype from Juwel and developed it for series production. In December 1929 the vehicle was presented at the Brussels Salon . It was equipped with a SCAP engine with a displacement of 1172 cc . There was the body forms four-door sedan , two-seat coupe and an open touring car with two or three seats. Attempts at models with six-cylinder engines and eight-cylinder engines were unsuccessful.
