The Société La Locomotrice was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles . The brand name was La Locomotrice .
Company history
The company was based in the Rue des Vennes in Liège . Albert Roland had acquired the license rights to replicate the Rochet cutter . In 1904, he and Nagant signed a contract to manufacture and market the vehicles. The contract stipulated that Nagant would manufacture the vehicles and La Locomotrice would market the vehicles under his name. At the end of 1905 the contract was not extended, so that Nagant began marketing the vehicles himself from 1906.
