Société Auto-Mécanique PM

The Société Auto-Mécanique PM was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles from Sclessin near Liège . The brand name was PM . The PM stood for both the founder of the company P ierre M ullejans and the President P ierre M alherbe.

Company history

In December 1921, the company presented its first model at the Brussels Salon . There was a connection to the British car manufacturer Carrow Cars . Production ceased in 1927 and the company went into liquidation in 1929 .

The first model Type D was equipped with a four-cylinder engine with 1821 cc capacity and 22 PS equipped. Carrow Cars used the same engine in their 11.9 hp model . In 1924 the successor model, Type F , appeared, the four-cylinder engine of which probably came from CIME and had a displacement of 1496 cm³.
