Company history
The company SA de Fabrication de Vélocipèdes et d'Automobiles from the Vaartstraat in Antwerp -Borgerhout was founded in 1896. In 1899 it was renamed Metaalwerke van Antwerpen . At the same time, the production of automobiles began. Production ended in 1900, and shortly thereafter it was renamed again Ateliers du Canal . In 1907 the company went out.
