The Félix Hecq company from Rue Galilée in Brussels began producing automobiles in 1903. Production ended in 1906.

The company first introduced the subcompact 9 CV with a single cylinder engine of De Dion-Bouton ago. In 1905 the 16/20 CV followed with a four-cylinder engine .
