Établissements Thiriar et Van den Daele was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles from Ixelles . The brand name was TVD .

In 1920 Messrs T hiriar and V an den D aele founded the company. Production ended in 1925.

In 1920 the first model came with a four-cylinder engine of Dambiermont with 1,094 cc engine capacity on the market. In 1922 the successor model 8/10 CV came out, the engine of which came from France and had a displacement of 1496 cm³. In 1924 the models 10/12 CV and 15/16 CV were added.
