Automobiles Vincke was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles from Mechelen . The brand name was Vincke .

Company history

Nicolas Vincke was the owner of the company Manufacture de Voitures Automobiles en tous genres, N. Vincke , and the French Louis Delmer its most important engineer. In 1895 the production of automobiles began. It was later renamed Société Anonyme des Automobiles N. Vincke . Production ended in 1905.

The first model, called the Kalesche, was presented at a trade fair in Brussels in January 1895 . It had a two-cylinder engine of Benz in the rear. From 1898 to 1900 there was the Victoria model with 5 hp and a model with 3.5 hp, both also with a rear engine from Benz. From 1898 there were the Ideal models with a front engine from Daimler , which developed 8 hp from two cylinders, and the four-cylinder model 15 CV . The 16 CV model was added in 1902 , and the 9 CV model with a two-cylinder Aster engine in 1903 .

A replica vehicle was on view in the Automusa car museum in Bergeijk .
