The Société Mécanique et Moteurs was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles .
Company history
The company from Rue Lairesse in Liège started producing automobiles and motorcycles in 1903. Production ended in 1906 when Hermès took over the company.
Automobiles
The first 16 CV model had a four-cylinder engine with OHV valve control and a wooden frame. In 1904 there were engines with SV valve control . In 1905 the vehicles were given a steel frame. The 10 CV with a three-cylinder engine and the 35 CV with a four-cylinder engine were now also available.
