Dewaet was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles . The brand name was DS , for D ewaet and S toewer.

Company history

The Brussels- based company exhibited vehicles at the Brussels Motor Show in December 1934 and began producing automobiles. In 1935, production ended after just a few copies.

vehicles

The vehicles were built under licenses from Stoewer . These were the Stoewer R 150 and Stoewer Greif V8 models . The first model had a four-cylinder engine with 1466 cm³ displacement and the other model had a V8 engine with 2488 cm³ displacement.
