The Ateliers de Constructions Albert Bovy was a Belgian manufacturer of automobiles and commercial vehicles from Molenbeek-Saint-Jean .

Company history

The company began producing automobiles and commercial vehicles in 1902 under the brand name Bovy-D'Heyne , rarely also called D'Heyne-Bovy . Between 1912 and 1914 the brand name was Bovy . In 1930 the company was taken over by Brossel and the vehicles were then marketed as Bovy-Pipe . Production ended in 1951.

The first model was the Tourisme , which existed from 1902 to 1906. The successor model 12 CV with a two-cylinder engine with 2281 cm³ displacement was created until 1912. This was followed by the two four-cylinder models 12/16 CV and 28/30 CV . These four models were available as both passenger and commercial vehicles.

After the First World War , only commercial vehicles were produced.
