Company history
Martin Rumpf, previously director of the engine manufacturer SA Le Progrès Industriel , founded the company in 1899. Production ended in 1901.

Three models were offered:
- a small car 5 HP
- a medium-sized model 7 HP , which, among other things in the body shape Vis-à-vis gave
