The company from Kortrijk started producing automobiles in 1978. Production ended around 1983. The company also acted as an importer for Kreidler .

The company manufactured mini cars that corresponded to the models of CICO . The vehicles were three-wheelers with the single wheel in the front. A moped engine with 50 cm³ displacement provided the drive .
