Robert De Kuyper founded the company in Ixelles in 1922 . The brand name was ADK . Production ended in 1931.

In 1922, the first model, which appeared 10 CV Type Y-22 , with a four-cylinder engine of SCAP with 1693 cc displacement equipped. In 1925 the models 11 CV Type WB-16 appeared with an engine from SCAP with 1616 cm³ displacement, 10/14 CV with 1847 cm³ displacement and Y-20 with 1791 cm³ displacement. In 1927 a small six-cylinder model with a CIME engine with 1683 cm³ displacement was added. In 1928 an eight-cylinder model appeared with a SCAP engine with a displacement of 2344 cc. In 1928 a four-cylinder model with 1710 cm³ displacement and a six-cylinder model with 2443 cm³ displacement appeared.
