Melvin Jalka King (born November 18, 1985 ) is a Liberian football player . The goalkeeper was a Liberian international .
He played in Liberia with Bosco United SA, Shoes FC and Gedi & Sons Monrovia. In the first half of 2007 he was under contract with Séwé Sport de San-Pédro in Ivory Coast. Then he returned to his home country and was with Invincible Eleven until 2010. He then moved to Ashanti Gold in Ghana .
King has been called up to the Liberian national team six times. After the World Cup qualifier in Senegal in June 2008, he was tested positive for a glucocorticoid during the doping control and was banned for five months.
