Member of Parliament (MP) , German Member of Parliament , isa title conferred on individualsin the United Kingdom and held by the Members of the House of Commons in the Parliament of the United Kingdom . Although the members of the House of Lords are also part of Parliament, Member of Parliament onlyrefers to members of the House of Commons.

All Members of the House of Commons have the right to add MP ( Welsh BA ) after their name . Members of the Privy Council who are members of the Privy Council have the right to be called The Right Honorable (abbreviated as The Rt. Hon. Or Rt Hon .; German , the very honorable ).
