The Menhir du Lacam des Lavagnes (also called Conolha de la Fada or Quenouille de la Fée ) is located in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert about 200 meters from the D122, opposite the Mas d'Aubert, near Lodève in the Hérault department in France . Near a pass that is almost devoid of vegetation, it is clearly visible from a distance.

The menhir of limestone with a height of 4.5 m, the second highest in the Herault. The very thin menhir is about 1.0 m wide. It was broken into three pieces by the local clergy. The two lower parts were not joined together. A metal rod connects the remaining blocks. The trace of the break is clearly visible. Thus the phallic (or, depending on the perspective, also anthropomorphic) aspect of the menhir does not correspond to its original state.

It is said that the upper part was relocated to form the small menhir of the Lavagnes. It is 1.4 m high and was Christianized by means of an iron cross. The initial height of the Lacam des Lavagnes Menhirs was 5.9 m.

The nickname Quenouille de la Fée comes from a legend: a fairy rolled her distaff and used a stone. She was frightened and dropped the distaff, which got stuck in the ground and was endowed with fertility.

Nearby is the Rigoule dolmen .
