Menhir by Courégant

The Menhir von Courégant (also called Menhir von Couregan ) stands north of the coastal town of Le Courégant near the Parc du Menhir road , near Ploemeur in the Morbihan department in Brittany in France .

The more than 5.0 m high, pointed menhir has wedge stones that support it and two blocks that lie on its side. There used to be two dolmens , a tumulus and a stone box at this location , all of which have been destroyed.
