The Mercedes-Benz F 800 Style is a concept vehicle from Mercedes-Benz that was presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2010 .

Drive technology

The vehicle was presented as both a hybrid and a fuel cell vehicle . Both types of drive can be implemented using the modular platform of the F 800 . The hybrid variant has a total system output of 300 kW (409 hp), 220 kW of which is accounted for by the 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine with direct injection and the other 80 kW are contributed by the electric motor . The top speed will be electronically limited to 250 km / h. The F 800 completes the sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.8 seconds. The electric range is 30 km; A lithium-ion battery will be used as a high-voltage battery under the rear seat bench. Consumption should be 2.9 liters of premium gasoline per 100 kilometers. The fuel cell vehicle has an electric motor with an output of 100 kW.

Furnishing

The so-called DISTRONIC PLUS offers a traffic jam assistant that automatically follows the vehicle in front up to 40 km / h without the driver having to steer or accelerate himself.
