Architecture and history

Vacant lot in 2016

The two-story house was built in the mid-19th century. The simple facade was designed with six axes. The house entrance was on the third axis from the left on the first floor. On the right-hand side, the house was directly connected to the neighboring building.

The building was considered a well-preserved and little changed example of the earliest petty-bourgeois development in Weißenfelser Neustadt. At least around 1993 the building still existed. However, by 2016 at the latest it was no longer available. At this point (as of 2016) there is a vacant lot.

In the local register of monuments , the house was registered as a monument under registration number 094 15263 .
