The Mesquite Tower is a 155.8 meter high, freestanding steel lattice tower with a triangular cross-section in Mesquite , Texas in the USA . It is used to broadcast the program of the public radio station KEOM .
The tower, built in 1990, stands between West Mesquite High School and Memorial Stadium. It belongs to the Mesquite Independent School District and is used by its KEOM radio station. The transmitter transmits its program with 61 kW from the tower on VHF .
