Mass No. 3 (Schubert)

The exhibition no. 3 in B flat major D 324 is a mass setting for soloists, chorus and orchestra by Franz Schubert from 1815.

This work was written shortly before the Singspiel The Friends of Salamanka and the Erlkönig . Schubert's childhood sweetheart Therese Grob also performed as a soprano at the world premiere of the mass in the parish church in Lichtental .
