Specializing in belt and metal spinning technology

The specialty of belt and metal spinning technology includes, among other things, the skills and knowledge to manufacture hollow bodies made of metal, manufacture and processing of cast and molded parts, metal spinning and deforming, the manufacture of spinning chucks necessary for spinning technology, turning and milling, manual and machine forging, assembly of molded and cast parts and products from the semi-finished industry . Products such as lights, door fittings, banisters, items of daily use and handicrafts are manufactured . Materials used: brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel. An important part of the activities is surface treatment, i. H. the production of high-quality metal surfaces by grinding, polishing, burnishing and subsequent painting. In contrast to metal components with welded connections , this requires the construction in individual parts and assembly only with the finished surface. Electroplating , such as nickel, chrome, gold and PVD coatings, is also often used. On-site assemblies as well as overhauls and repairs through to the manufacture of spare parts for classic car restorations are also part of the job description.

Specializing in chasing technology

The field of chasing technology (formerly: chasing ) attaches importance to the production of hollow bodies and consumer goods as well as their design implementation, especially the surface design. Metallic surfaces are shaped like a relief or combined with non-metals. Metallbildner specializing in Ziseliertechnik finished ornamental and sacred devices , as well as jewelry made of precious and base metals, Lighting , fittings , architectural elements , table utensils , cups and the like as a single or series products.
