The Metatarsalbürste ( Organon metatarsal ) is a special skin glands field side of the middle foot ( metatarsus ) in deer . The metatarsal brushes are about 3 to 4 centimeters in size and have thicker and different colored hairs than the rest of the skin. Your secretion is wiped off on grass or bushes and is used to mark and communicate with other members of the same species.
