Arumbakkam Metro Station
The metro station Arumbakkam ( Tamil : அரும்பாக்கம் ) is an above-ground subway station of Chennai Metro . It is served by the Green Line .
The Arumbakkam metro station is located in the Arumbakkam district of the same name in western Chennai . It is designed as a high station and is elevated above the Inner Ring Road (100 Feet Road). The Arumbakkam metro station opened on June 29, 2015 as part of the first section of the Green Line.
