Mezzrow was a Swedish thrash metal band from Nyköping that was founded in 1988 and split up in 1991. The group reunited in 2005 for another gig.

history

The band was formed in 1988. After two demos were released, the group reached a contract with Active Records , which released the first and only album Then Came the Killing in 1990 in 1990. Then the band lost their contract with the label again and bassist Conny Welén joined the band Hexenhaus . Welén should not be replaced as singer Uffe Petersson now also played the bass. After another demo was released in 1991, the band broke up. In 2005 the band played another concert, the video recording of which was released on DVD the following year.

style

The band plays classic Thrash Metal, the sound of which is reminiscent of the works of American bands such as Testament .
