Michał Roch Szczerba (born December 14, 1977 in Warsaw ) is a Polish politician of the Platforma Obywatelska (PO, Civic Platform ).

Life

Michał Szczerba was born in the Warsaw district of Wola . He studied politics and social sciences at the University of Warsaw . He financed stays abroad through various scholarships, including in the USA. 1997 to 1999 he was assistant to the deputy Franciszka Cegielska . From 2000 to 2002 he was a member of the Warsaw District Council Wola, from 2002 he was its deputy chairman. Also in 2002 he joined the Platforma Obywatelska. In the early parliamentary elections in 2007 , Szczerba ran in the 19 Warsaw constituency and received a mandate for the Sejm with 2,372 votes , where he worked in the Commission for Agriculture and Village Development and in the Commission for State Property.

In the parliamentary elections in 2011 and parliamentary elections in 2015 he was re-elected.
