Michael Baader
Michael Baader (* 1956 in Lossburg ) is a German chef.
Career
In the 1980s, Baader cooked for Dieter Müller in the Schweizer Stuben in Wertheim .
Since 1989 he has been head chef in the Bel Etage restaurant in the Teufelhof guest house and culture house in Basel . Three years later, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star , which was awarded again until 2012.
