Michael Fessner

Michael Fessner (* 1957 ) is a German historian who worked in the mining history department at the German Mining Museum in Bochum and has presented several publications on mining history. He received his doctorate in 1992 at the University of Bochum with the dissertation Commercial educational policy in the area of ​​tension between state administration and interest groups: The differentiation of technical secondary schools for the mechanical engineering sector in Prussia 1870-1914 .
