Michael Kammermeier

Michael Kammermeier (born June 7, 1978 in Kaufbeuren ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his training, Kammermeier went to the Heinz Winkler residence in Aschau in 1997 (three Michelin stars ) and in 1999 to the 3 Stuben restaurant at Stefan Marquard's in Meersburg (one Michelin star), with whom he moved to the Lenbach Munich restaurant in 2001 . In 2002 he went to the duck in Wiesbaden (one Michelin star).

In 2006 he became head chef at the duck . The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star every year since then.
