Michael Petri (soccer player)

Michael Petri (born November 23, 1977 ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Michael Petri began his professional football career at 1. FC Saarbrücken . From the 2000/01 season he played at VfL Osnabrück , for which he played 25 second division games and scored three goals. On July 1, 2002, he moved to the Regionalliga Süd in Elversberg. Michael Petri had his climax at FC 08 Homburg , where he was promoted to the Regionalliga West with the team in 2010. In the 2010/11 season he played at SV Hasborn in the Oberliga Südwest . Michael Petri has so far played three DFB Cup games (one goal). From the 2011/12 season he will be assistant trainer and player at SV Röchling Völklingen, who have been promoted to the upper league . Since July 1st he has been the player-coach at SV Scheuert (Saar).
