Michael Please

Michael Please (* 1984 in the United Kingdom , also Mikey Please ) is a British animator who won the British Academy Film Award for his first work .

Life

Michael Please studied animation at the Royal College of Art and graduated with a Master of Arts in summer 2010 . Shortly thereafter, he joined the production company Agile Films . His graduation work, The Eagleman Stag , a black humor short film that he wrote, produced and animated, received an award in the “Best Short Animation” category from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts . His older brother Benedict Please , who was responsible for the music and sound effects, also received an award.
