The Eagleman Stag is a nine-minute short film directed by Michael Please . The gloomy, comic-like film shows fragmentarily the life of a man whose preoccupation with the change in the perception of time in old age and how he tries to prevent this effect. The film won the 2011 British Academy Film Award for Best Animated Short Film .
