Michael Quendler

Michael Quendler (born August 21, 1972 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian chef.

Career

After training at the Landhauskeller restaurant in Graz , Quendler went to Johann Lafer 's Stromburg in Stromberg in 1998 (one Michelin star ). In 2000 he moved to the Munkmarsch ferry house on Sylt . In 2001 he became head chef in the Kampen storm hood on Sylt, and in 2003 in the Kampen storm hood on Sylt.

Quendler has been the patron of the Die Mühlenhelle restaurant in Gummersbach since 2007 , which has been awarded a Michelin star since 2013 .
